  The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. To request additional information on VTA’s Title VI and other anti-discrimination obligations, or if information is needed in languages other than English, please contact the Customer Service Center at:   Any person who believes that he or she has been subjected to discrimination under Title VI may file a complaint with VTA.
