Welcome to the VTA's web site. Although we have tried to make this site as easy to use and flexible as possible, we are still making improvements. Our web site now has been revised to make it more accessible to people with visual disabilities according to the web page disability access design standards recommended by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI).
