VTA Information Service Representatives can answer your questions about routes, schedules and fares, mail you schedules, provide ride-sharing information, regional transit news, or prepare a personalized trip plan.
VTA's menu driven automated phone system will give you fast schedule information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Information Service Representatives are available during regular hours of operation if you would like additional assistance.

VTA First Street Headquarters and Downtown Customer Service Center
The First Street Headquarters and Downtown Customer Service Center offer the same services that are available through the telephone information center. In addition, you may purchase Clipper Products, inquire about Lost & Found items, pick up maps and schedules or apply for a Regional Transit Connection Discount Card (RTC).
