Approve the temporary extension of the current Bicycle & Pedestrian Advisory Committee Chairperson, John Sullivan, and Vice Chairperson, Marc Jensen, for six months from the current expiration of June 30, 2004 to December 31, 2004. This is needed to bridge the period until the next scheduled elections, which, as a result of a recently approved amendment to the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee Bylaws, are now scheduled for January 2005.
