Review and recommend that the VTA Board of Directors approve the City of Sunnyvale Citywide Deficiency Plan.   (Gonot)

  
11.

Review and recommend that the VTA Board of Directors approve the proposed process and criteria for programming Federal Surface Transportation Program (STP) funds to local streets and roads rehabilitation projects in Federal Fiscal Years 2008 and 2009. (Gonot)

Review and recommend that the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors approve the revised draft California Vehicle Code 21960 language regarding bicycle and pedestrian use of Santa Clara County expressways.   (County Staff)
