Receive the Ridership Initiative to Develop-Energy-efficiency (RIDE) Task Force’s Final Report and recommend the Board direct staff to continue and consider the report’s recommendations as it develops and implements fare, service, marketing, promotional, and community outreach proposals and plans.  (Smith)
