Approve the temporary extension of the terms of the current Citizens Advisory Committee chairperson, Stephen Blaylock, and vice chairperson, Ellen Fletcher, for six months from the current expiration of June 30, 2004 to December 31, 2004. This is needed to bridge the period until the next scheduled elections, which, as a result of a recently approved amendment to the Citizens Advisory Committee Bylaws, are now scheduled for January 2005.
