Receive the Ridership Initiative to Develop Energy-efficient (RIDE) Task Force’s Final Report and recommend the Board to direct staff to continue to review and consider the report’s recommendations as it develops and implements fare, service, marketing, promotional, and community outreach proposals and plans.
