Approve the recommended publication strategy for the inaugural Citizens Watchdog Committee’s (CWC) Annual Report, to fulfill the Committee’s ballot-specified responsibility of publishing its annual report in local newspaper.  Also, authorize the General Manager to expend up to $20,000 in 2000 Measure A Transit Improvement Program funds to publish the inaugural Annual Report in local newspapers to implement the publication strategy approved by the Committee.  (Lawson)
