Accessible Document Training |

DISCUSSION:
Last May and June VTA staff completed three days of training to learn how to create accessible documents using the latest assistive technology and software on the market. They also completed a half day of training learning to use JAWS screen reader equipment. Staff is in the process of evaluating future training needs for the organization and will provide opportunities for CTA participation once courses have been designed and training dates are established.
VTA is asking the CTA to provide a list of members who are interested in participating in the accessible document training. Members will be contacted when courses and dates have been confirmed. Training will be scheduled during the week and will require a commitment of at least a full day.
