Review and comment on local streets and roads rehabilitation projects for the Federal Surface Transportation Program (STP) funding in 2005/06 and 2006/07. (Gonot)

Review and comment on reprogramming Santa Clara Regional Improvement Program (RIP) funds, program Local Program Reserve Funds, submittal of an AB 3090 funding request to the California Transportation Commission (CTC) and all necessary agreements.   (Gonot)
