Board Chairperson Joe Pirzynski that the PAC receive background information relating to the Ad-Hoc Restructuring Committee Recommendations. Attached are the minutes from the last Ad-Hoc Board Restructuring Committee where the committee discussed those recommendations and the Board Memo that transmitted those recommendations to the Board of Directors.
