CALLED TO ORDER at 1:40 p.m.

ROLL CALL:Members Present: Alman, Curtis, Kass, McNeely, Murdter, Render, Witthaus, Tripousis

Members Absent: Bischoff, Cheng, Cherbone, Goodfellow, Kott, Lazarus, Porter, Qualls, Smelser

A quorum was not present and a Committee of the Whole was declared.

PUBLIC PRESENTATIONS

There were no Public Presentations.

The Committee of the Whole deferred the Minutes of April 10, 2003. 

The Committee of the Whole noted that Member Witthaus was present at the April 10, 2003 TAC Meeting.

Committee Staff Report:   Heard a report relating to the Board of Directors June 5, 2003 Meeting.

Chairpersons Report:   There was no Chairpersons Report.

The Committee of the Whole received a report on the update of Traffic Level of Service Analysis Guidelines.

Member Murdter took his seat at 1:50 p.m.

Member Curtis left his seat at 1:50 p.m.

The Committee of the Whole received a presentation on the Recommended Budget for Fiscal Years 2003/2004 and 2004/2005.

Member Alman took his seat at 1:55 p.m.

The Committee of the Whole received a report on the project priorities for the 2003/04 Countywide Transportation Development Act (TDA Article 3) program.

The Committee of the Whole discussed proposed transit and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) paratransit fare modifications for implementation August 1, 2003.

The Committee of the Whole received the Proactive Congestion Management Program (CMP) Reviewed and Approved Projects Monthly Status Report.

Members Kass and Alman left the meeting at 2:20 p.m.

Member Curtis took his seat at 2:20 p.m.

The Committee of the Whole discussed the Comprehensive County Expressway Planning Study Draft Implementation Plan.

Member Tripousis left the meeting at 2:25 p.m.
