The Agenda was taken out of order.

The Committee of the Whole received a report on the January 2004 Transit Service Reduction Plan.

The Committee of the Whole expressed appreciation to staff for their diligent work regarding public outreach.

The Committee of the Whole received a report on the recommendation that the Board of Directors adopt the Final Pedestrian Technical Guidelines.

Staff distributed The Executive Summary:  Walkability Concepts and Checklist.

Member Curtis left the meeting at 2:05 p.m.

The Committee of the Whole noted appreciation and thanked staff for their diligent work.

The Committee of the Whole received a report on the recommendation that the Board of Directors approve modification of the Monitoring and Conformance Requirements for 2003 to allow foregoing of Congestion Management Program traffic level of service monitoring.

The Committee of the Whole discussed the Valley Transportation Plan 2030 and MTC Transportation 2030 Update Planning Process.

The Committee of the Whole received the Programmed Projects Quarterly Monitoring Report for April June 2003.

The Committee of the Whole received the Proactive Congestion Management Program (CMP) Reviewed and Approved Projects Monthly Status Report.
