Review and comment on the exemption of the following intersections from Congestion Management Program (CMP) Level of Service (LOS) Monitoring during the Year 2004 cycle: 1) I-880/Coleman Avenue (North) (CMP ID 3052) (City of San Jose); 2) I-880/Coleman Avenue (South) (CMP ID 3053) (City of San Jose); 3) De La Cruz Boulevard/Trimble Road (CMP ID 3090) (City of San Jose); 4) Montague Expressway/De La Cruz Boulevard (CMP ID 5806) (County of Santa Clara); and 5) Montague Expressway/North First Street (CMP ID 5807) (County of Santa Clara).  (Gonot)

Review and comment on the addition of the following freeway segments on SR 87 for CMP Monitoring: 1) Between Coleman Avenue and Taylor Street; 2) Between Taylor Street and Skyport Drive; 3) Between Skyport Drive and SR 87 split to US 101/North First Street; and 4) Between SR 87 split to US 101/North First Street to US 101.   Further, review and comment on the removal of CMP intersections designation from the following intersections from being a CMP intersection: 1) Guadalupe Parkway/Coleman Avenue (CMP ID No. 3012, City of San Jose); 2) Guadalupe Parkway/Taylor Street (CMP ID No. 3100, City of San Jose); and 3) Guadalupe Parkway/Hedding Street (CMP ID No. 3101, City of San Jose).    (Gonot)
