Authorize the General Manager to execute a contract in the amount of $1,777,778 with Stevens Creek Quarry, Inc., the lowest responsible bidder for construction of the River Oaks Bicycle/Pedestrian Bridge Project, a Valley Transportation Plan project. Execution of the contract by the General Manager is conditioned upon the commitment of $235,000 in additional funding from the City of San Jose and the City of Santa Clara. (Collins)
