Employees of the Month for July 2003 |
RECOMMENDATION:
Recognize: Russell Anstadt, River Oaks Administration; Tu Vo, Chaboya Maintenance; and, Pat Hidalgo, Chaboya Operations; as our Employees of the Month for July 2003.
BACKGROUND:
Russell Anstadt, Accountant Assistant in the Disbursements-Accounts Payable Department at River Oaks, has served VTA for more than 3 years. He has set high customer service standards for his work, including, making a commitment to process construction payments in two working days. Russells success is due to his organization skills and his ability to apply a can-do attitude to everything he does. Additionally, he assists co-workers in their challenges, and he is always willing to help others. Congratulations to Russell Anstadt, Administration Employee of the Month for July 2003!
Tu Vo, Transit Mechanic at Chaboya Division, has served VTA for more than 5 years.
His supervisor highlights his excellent attitude and willingness to assist others when they need a helping hand. Tu is a superior role model who consistently applies quality assurance techniques to his repair jobs and shares his knowledge and skills with other mechanics. His peers know him as one who maintains a positive, personable attitude and pleasant demeanor. Congratulations to Tu Vo, Maintenance Employee of the Month for July 2003!
Pat Hidalgo, Dispatcher at the Chaboya Division has served VTA with excellence for nearly 25 years. He is a role model who makes customer service his top priority. Pat is dedicated to doing his part to make sure busses are out of the yard on time. He is always available to answer questions, provide directions and assist operators in all possible ways so that they are well equipped to do their jobs. He responds to operators with confidence, friendliness and respect. Congratulations to Pat Hidalgo, Operations Employee of the Month for July 2003!
