1.	CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL

2.	Receive a briefing regarding the Governors Proposed Budget Actions on the State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) and the Traffic Congestion Relief Program (TCRP) and their Impacts on VTA Capital Programs. (Evanhoe)

3.	Receive an update from the Ad-Hoc Financial Stability Committee. (Gage)

4.	Consider Revised FY 04 and FY 05 Budget Assumptions. (Buhrer)

5.	PUBLIC PRESENTATIONS: This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons desiring to address the Board of Directors on any item within the Boards jurisdiction. Speakers are limited to 2 minutes. The law does not permit Board action or extended discussion on any item not on the agenda except under special circumstances. If Board action is requested, the matter can be placed on a subsequent agenda. All statements that require a response will be referred to staff for reply in writing.
