Approve Minutes, November 6, 2003 Meeting.

Report to the Board of Directors that in addition to the City of Milpitas' and Supervisor Don Gage's proposals, the City of San Jose will present a Board of Director's restructuring proposal to the Board of Directors prior to December 4, 2003.

Request the Board of Directors at their December 4, 2003 meeting to appoint a Board Member to replace departing committee member Francis LaPoll.

Approve the next ad hoc Restructuring Committee Meeting for January 8, 2004 to receive a proposed Board Restructuring presentation by the City of San Jose.
