 oy madre soltera de tres hijos, dos adolescentes que dependen de mi para llevarlos en auto a su destinos con regularidad. Es muy difícil, porque la gasolina esta tan cara. Un día, mientras que visitaba la maestra de mi hijo, ella me sugirió hablar con su amiga que trabaja en VTA. Hablé con ella, y ella me sugirió comprarles a mis hijos adolescentes un pase del mes. Luego recordó una promoción llamada "Summer Blast Pass." Esta promoción es sólo para adolescentes y esto les da la oportunidad de viajar en autobús o tranvía a cualquier lugar que ellos quieran en el condado de Santa Clara. ¡El precio es básicamente la compra de un mes y dos meses son gratis!

Tan pronto que tuve el dinero ahorrado, la maestra me llevó a buscar el pase a las tiendas “Safeway” cerca de mi casa, pero para mi sorpresa, ya se habían agotado. Viajé a varias tiendas “Safeway” hasta que finalmente encontré dos pases. Tuvimos la buena suerte de encontrar los pases en las tienda en Mountain View.

Mis hijos la pasaron muy bien este verano gracias al pase de verano de VTA “Summer Blast Pass.” Ellos pudieron viajar sin que yo los llevara y esto me dio la tranquilidad de saber que yo no tenía que preocuparme de ellos. Gracias VTA por la gran promoción y    ya esperando para el próximo verano. Desde ahora estoy empezando a guardar mi dinero, para que mis hijos puedan disfrutar todos los días del verano cuando viajen con VTA.

 am a single mother of three children, with two teenagers who depend on me to drive them to their destination on a regular basis. This is really tough, because gas is so expensive. So one day while visiting my son’s teacher, she suggested I speak to her friend who works at VTA. I spoke to her, and she suggested I look into buying my teenage children a monthly day pass. She then recalled a promotion called “Summer Blast Pass.”   “The Summer Blast Pass” is only for teenagers and this gives them the opportunity to travel on bus or light rail anywhere they want to go in the Santa Clara Valley. The price is basically buying one month and getting two free!

As soon as I had the money saved up, I drove to a Safeway store by my home, but to my surprise they were sold out. I traveled to numerous Safeway stores until finally finding two tickets at the Safeway Stores in Mountain View.

My children had a great time this summer thanks to VTA’s Summer Blast Pass, and I was given peace of mind knowing that I did not have to worry about them. Thanks VTA for the great promotion. I can’t wait till next year, but I am starting to save my money now, so my children can take advantage of every single day of summer traveling with VTA.
