VTA Will Operate Regular Service on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

Connections to the Freedom Train Headed for San Francisco
San Jose, Calif. – The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) Buses, Light Rail and Shuttles will operate on a regular weekday schedule on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Monday, Jan. 21.
The VTA administration offices at 3331 North First Street will be closed. VTA’s Downtown Customer Service Center will be open from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
VTA Bus and Light Rail passengers can connect to the 23rd Annual Freedom Train that will leave at 10 a.m., from San Jose Diridon, Sunnyvale and Palo Alto Caltrain Stations and head to San Francisco for the holiday celebration.
