On Monday, January 10, 2011, VTA will implement the following service changes.
Line 11- Downtown San Jose to 17th & Jackson
To improve on-time performance, the schedule will be changed to operate approximately every 35 minutes.
Line 13- Almaden & McKean to Ohlone/Chynoweth LRT Station
Minor schedule changes.
Line 14 - Gilroy Transit Center to St Louise Hospital
Minor weekday schedule changes.
Line 16- Main & Dewitt to Burnett Ave
Minor schedule changes.
Line 17- Gilroy Transit Center to Murray and Tomkins
Minor schedule changes.
Line 18- Gilroy Transit Center via Gavilan College
Minor weekday schedule changes.
Line 19- Gilroy Transit Center via Wren & Mantelli
Minor weekday schedule changes.
Line 22- Palo Alto Transit Center to Eastridge Transit Center via El Camino
Minor weekday schedule changes.
Line 23- DeAnza College to Alum Rock Transit Center via Stevens Creek
Minor weekday and weekend schedule change.
Line 25- DeAnza College to Alum Rock Transit Center via Valley Medical Center
Minor weekday and weekend schedule changes. The timepoint at Valley Medical Center will be moved from the stops on Renova Drive to the stops on Turner Drive.
Line 27- Good Samaritan Hospital to Kaiser San Jose
On weekdays, the 7:34 a.m. westbound trip will move 3 minutes earlier. Minor weekend schedule changes will be made to improve connections with light rail.
Line 32- San Antonio Shopping Center to Santa Clara Transit Center
Minor weekday and Saturday schedule changes.
Line 34- San Antonio Shopping Center-Downtown Mountain View
Minor schedule changes.
Line 35- Downtown Mountain View to Stanford Shopping Center
Minor weekday and weekend schedule changes.
Line 42- Santa Teresa LRT Station to Monterey & Senter
Minor weekday and Saturday schedule changes.
Line 46- Great Mall/Main Transit Center to Washington & Escuela
Minor weekday and Saturday schedule changes.
Line 48- Los Gatos Civic Center to Winchester Transit Center via Winchester Blvd.
Weekday and weekend service will be rescheduled to improve connections with light rail and other bus lines.
Line 49- Los Gatos Civic Center to Winchester Transit Center via Los Gatos Blvd.
Weekday and weekend service will be rescheduled to improve connections with light rail and other bus lines.
Line 51- De Anza College to Moffett Field/Ames Center
In the northbound direction, the timepoint will be moved from Stevens Creek & Foothill Blvd. to Foothill Blvd. & Cupertino Rd. The southbound timepoint will remain at Stevens Creek & Foothill. Minor schedule changes will also be made.
Line 57- West Valley College to Great America via Quito Rd
The 10:01 p.m. northbound trip on weekdays will be moved 4 minutes earlier to improve connections to light rail.
Line 60- Winchester Transit Center to Great America
Major weekday and minor weekend schedule changes.
Line 61- Good Samaritan Hospital to Sierra & Piedmont via Bascom
Major weekday and minor weekend schedule changes.
Line 62- Good Samaritan Hospital to Sierra & Piedmont via Union
Major weekday and minor weekend schedule changes.
Line 64- Almaden LRT Station to McKee & White via Downtown San Jose
Route will be modified to operate in both directions on 13th and Julian Streets. It will no longer operate on St. James and 19th Streets in the eastbound direction. There will be no schedule changes.
Line 66- Kaiser San Jose to Milpitas/ Dixon Rd. via Downtown San Jose
Minor weekday schedule changes.
Line 68- Gilroy Transit Center to San Jose Diridon Transit Center
Minor weekday schedule changes.
Line 71- Eastridge Transit Center to Great Mall/Main Transit Center via White Rd.
Minor weekday schedule changes on the southbound direction of the route.
Line 81- Weekday Cupertino Square to San Jose State University Sat/Sun Cupertino Square to Santa Clara Transit Center
Minor weekend schedule changes.
Line 88- Palo Alto Veteran's Hospital to Middlefield and ColoradoMinor schedule changes.
Line 103- Eastridge Transit Center to Palo Alto
The last westbound morning trip will depart Eastridge at 7:14 a.m. in order to ensure a timely arrival in the Stanford Research Park. Other minor schedule changes to morning and afternoon trips.
Line 120- Fremont BART to Lockheed Martin Transit Center/Moffett Industrial Park
Minor schedule changes.
Line 180- San Jose Diridon Transit Center (SAT/SUN ONLY) Great Mall/Main Transit Center to Fremont BART
This line will no longer operate on weekends – service between Fremont BART, Great Mall and downtown San Jose will be provided by a modified Line 181. As a result, weekend service will no longer be provided along Mission Blvd. in Fremont. Minor weekday schedule changes will also be made to improve connections with BART. The 7:09 p.m. and 7:38 p.m. northbound trips leaving Great Mall will be merged into one trip leaving at 7:17 p.m. due to a recent BART schedule change.
Line 181- San Jose Diridon Transit Center To Fremont BART
This line will operate the weekend service between Fremont BART, Great Mall and downtown San Jose. On weekends, Line 181 will deviate into the Great Mall Transit Center – otherwise the routing will be the same as weekday (via Hwy. 880 and Stevenson Blvd.) Minor weekday schedule changes will also be made to improve connections with BART.
Line 330- Almaden Expwy. & Camden to Tasman Drive
Minor schedule changes.
Line 522- Palo Alto Transit Center to Eastridge Transit Center
Minor weekday and Saturday schedule changes.
DASH- Downtown Area Shuttle
Minor schedule changes.
