VTA and Caltrans Solicit Public Input for Project

Caltrans, in cooperation with VTA, is proposing to convert the existing HOV (High Occupancy Vehicle) lanes at the SR 237/I-880 Interchange in Milpitas and San Jose to Express Lanes which are also open to solo drivers who pay a toll. |
