VTA’s Light Rail Stations Between Mountain View and Winchester Operating Normally

Construction completed ahead of schedule, substitute buses cancelled

WHO:  VTA light rail riders who use any of three light rail stations in Campbell.
 
WHAT: V TA has reopened the Hamilton, Campbell and Winchester light rail stations and the tentative closure of these same stations for the weekend of October 3 and 4 has been cancelled.
 
WHEN:  Open as of Sunday, September 27, 2009.
 
WHERE:  The Winchester, Campbell and Hamilton light rail stations.
 
WHY:  Construction at the Winchester, Campbell and Hamilton light rail stations completed ahead of schedule. The work included improving retaining walls and drainage mitigation.
