HELP: How do I subscribe to a solicitation?
Once you have found a solicitation you are interested in, you will want to subscribe to it to gain access to more information (including downloadable-files), and to include you in any emailings pertaining to the solicitation.
To subscribe to a solicitation:

On the Active Solicitations page, locate the solicitation you wish to subscribe to.

Click on the "Details & Downloads" link for that solicitation.

You will be prompted to subscribe to the solicitation before being taken to the Details & Downloads page.

If you have not yet logged in in this session, you will first be prompted to log in.

Click on the "Subscribe" button to be added to the list of prospective vendors for this solicitation.
