HELP: Who do I contact if I have a question about a particular solicitation?

The listing for each solicitation includes the name of the Administrator for that contract. If you have a question pertaining to a particular solicitation, you should contact that Administrator.

To find the contact information for the Administrator of a particular solicitation:

1. If you have subscribed to the solicitation, simply click on the "Details & Downloads" link for the solicitation that appears on the Active Solicitations page.
2. The Details & Downloads page contains phone and email contact information for the solicitation's Administrator.

If you have not or do not want to subscribe to the solicitation:

1. On the listing for the solicitation on the Active Solicitations list, make note of the Administrator's name.
2. Click on the "General Information" link that appears near the top of every VTA Procurement page.
3. From the General Information page, click on the link titled "Staff Contact List"
4. Locate the Administrator's name in the list. The Administrator's phone number and email address will be displayed in the list.
