QUESTION: Why aren't all vendors registered for a solicitation listed in the vendors list?
The online VTA Procurement is a convenient tool for prospective vendors with Internet access to keep abreast of VTA solicitations. However, it is still possible to acquire solicitation information and submit bids or proposals the "old-fashioned" way via phone, mail and in person. Vendors who subscribe to a solicitation in one of these alternative methods do not appear in the online registered vendors list.
If you are registered as a vendor with the online system and have subscribed to a particular solicitation but are not appearing in the vendors list for that solicitation, you should contact the administrator for that solicitation.
