HELP: How can I see a list of emails that have been sent to me?

If you believe you have not been sent an email you should have received, need to have a particular email message resent, or if you simply want to view a list of emails you have been sent by the system, you may do so from the Account Management section of the site.

  1. From the Account Management home page, click on the link for "Sent Email Log" http://future.vta.org/procurement/account/sent_email.html
  2. The page displays a list of all the email messages the system has attempted to send to you.
    • Included in the listing is date the message was sent, the email address it was sent to, whether and when it was verified, and the subject line of the email.
    • To resend a message you may have missed or deleted, click on the "Resend" link in the listing for the message you want resent.

If you have not received any of the messages listed on the page, your account may have an inaccurate email address:

  1. Confirm the email address by checking the address noted in the email log.
  2. If you the email address needs to be corrected, you can do so from the "Edit Membership Information" page.
