VTA Customer Service

VTA Customer Service is available to assist you with personalized trip planning and information on how to ride VTA. 

Simply provide us with the cross streets of your starting point and destination, and we'll show you the quickest and most convenient way to get there by public transportation. 

The Customer Service Department is open weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Recorded route and schedule information is also available 24 hours a day in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
