Open Door Policy

Eastbay: Local service offered along the entire route between the Union City BART Station and the Newark Boulevard Park & Ride lot. A hatcheck system is to be used for monitoring ridership.
Westbay: Local service offered along the entire route between Hamilton/Willow Road and Stanford Industrial Park. A hatcheck system is to be used for monitoring ridership.
