Marketing and Customer Service
The Marketing and Customer Service Division provides information
to both internal and external customers. Marketing and Customer
Service employees are responsible for advertising, public information,
community relations, and marketing. Specialized groups within this
Division include ECO Pass.
VTA Customer Service
VTA Information Service Representatives can answer your questions about routes, schedules and fares, mail you schedules, provide ride-sharing information, regional transit news, or prepare a personalized trip plan.
Telephone Information
VTA's menu driven automated phone system will give you fast schedule information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Information Service Representatives are available during regular hours of operation if you would like additional assistance.

Downtown Customer Service Center
The Downtown Customer Service Center offers the same services that are available through the telephone information center. In addition, you may purchase tickets, Tokens, Monthly Flash Passes, Monthly Stickers, inquire about Lost & Found items, pick up maps and schedules or apply for a Regional Transit Connection Discount Card (RTC).
