By requesting that VTA consider using my story in connection with VTA’s Your Story marketing campaign, I agree to the following:
  1. I acknowledge and agree that the story, images, and photos that I am submitting (collectively “my story”) are original with me and that VTA’s use of them will not violate any third-party’s rights.
  2. I irrevocably grant to VTA the non-exclusive, royalty-free license and right to use my story. If VTA chooses to include it on its website, I agree and allow VTA to post my name, photos, images, story, or any combination thereof, on its website, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in VTA’s Privacy Policy.

  4. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws the State of California.
