Light rail construction is beginning! This means changes to Capitol Expressway between Capitol Avenue and Quimby Road.
It takes a significant amount of space to build light rail, which will inconvenience traffic on Capitol Expressway.
Construction activities are noisy. There will be large equipment that cause vibrations that will be felt by people that live or work along the corridor.
If you live or work on or near Capitol Expressway, or drive on Capitol Expressway, we hope you will join us to learn and prepare for upcoming construction activities. Attend this meeting for a project update.
You will meet the project team and the contractor. We will share details of construction activities, and more.
