VTA is pleased to announce that contract negotiations with Amalgamated Transit Union Local 265 have resulted in a tentative three-year successor agreement. ATU membership ratification of the negotiated agreement is scheduled for August 28, 2019. 

Subject to ratification by ATU members, VTA staff will be making a recommendation for Board approval of the agreement at the VTA Board meeting on September 5, 2019.
