River Oaks Lobby
Doors Re-open at the River Oaks Customer Service Lobby!

The doors at the River Oaks Customer Service Lobby are open again to provide services at VTA headquarters. Our customers will be able to:

  • Talk face-to-face to a customer service agent
  • Purchase and/or load clipper cards
  • Pick up printed schedules/brochures/maps
  • Buy ACE tickets
  • Apply for an RTC (Regional Transit Connection card)
  • Get Tokens (For non-profit agencies and schools) 

The River Oaks Customer Service Lobby is located at 3331 North First Street and River Oaks (Bldg. B – Lobby) and is open Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:00 PM.

The lobby is closed Saturday, Sunday, and during major holidays (Martin Luther King, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples Day, Thanksgiving (and Friday after), Christmas, and New Years Day).

You may also call Customer Service if you have any questions at 408-321-2300. The call center hours are Monday – Friday, 6 am – 7 pm, and Saturday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.

As a reminder, our Downtown Customer service Center located at 55-A West Santa Clara Street in San Jose is open Monday- Friday 9:00am- 6:00pm. In addition to the services mentioned above, you can also inquire about lost & found items at this location.
