Here’s How You Can Help Make VTA More Accessible

VTA is implementing its Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan and self-evaluation, and conducting an important survey to gain public feedback. The plan represents an agency-wide assessment of VTA’s facilities, programs, services, activities and events.

This effort will help VTA identify barriers to our bus stops, facilities, transit centers, park & ride lots, and even the VTA website that persons with disabilities have experienced issues accessing. When completed, the plan will allow VTA to better serve persons with disabilities.

As part of this plan, VTA is requesting input through a survey starting March 15 thru June 13, 2021. By taking this short survey, you will help VTA identify barriers to access and you will be entered into a drawing to win a $50 Amazon Gift Card*.

The online survey is at the following link: Survey for Public Input
