Another step closer to advancing the Blossom Hill Station Transit-Oriented Development project, the City of San Jose Planning Department has released the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR). The DEIR is available for public review through April 25, 2022. The DEIR provides updates to VTA’s Blossom Hill Station Transit-Oriented Development project, as well as addresses environmental concerns relative to construction, traffic, and landscaping.

Blossom Hill Station’s developer Green-Republic Blossom Hill LLC will be building a vibrant, mixed-income development. This project will create 328 units, 89 of which will be designated as affordable housing. The development will also include 13590 square feet of retail and commercial space, a new transit plaza, and pedestrian access improvements along Canoas Creek Trail.
