VTA seeks proposals (each, a “Proposal”) from qualified firms (each, a “Proposer”) to provide the following training to the Department’s Track, Power and Signal employees (“Services”):
- Annual Continuous Welded Rail (CWR) Training;
- FRA 213 Track Safety Standards Training; and
- Confined Space Entrant, Attendant, and Entry Supervisor Training.
PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: All prospective Proposers are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-proposal conference scheduled at the date and time stated on Table 1 of the RFP. The pre-proposal conference will be held via virtual conference only.
Email the Designated Point of Contact to register as a virtual conference attendee. Teleconference registration deadline is December 4, 2020 at 2:00 pm.
