The public scoping meeting for the I280/Winchester Boulevard Interchange Improvement Project will take place:

The meeting will begin with staff presentations on the project’s purpose and need, proposed improvements, and the environmental review process. Following the presentation, attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions.
