Just two years after breaking ground, Tamien Station Apartments has welcomed residents into new homes and provided them a better quality of life through on-site amenities including a daycare center, food pantry, gathering spaces, and more.
Tamien Station is part of VTA's Transit-Oriented Development Program, which creates mixed-use, mixed-income developments on VTA land through partnerships with nonprofits, private developers, and public sector agencies.
