How do I request to close an account?

Under Fares, Payment and Client Accounts

Sign the form and submit required documentation to submit your request electronically.  Once received, our team will process your closure and follow up if we need any additional information.

Please note, your request to close your client account will terminate your eligibility. If you wish to use the service in the future, you will need to reapply for eligibility.
