Customers may bring up to three (3) grocery bags or the equivalent onboard a paratransit vehicle. Customers must be able to control the packages that they bring with them aboard a paratransit vehicle. Packages and parcels may not obstruct aisles or prevent seats from being used. VTA will not transport unoccupied packages and are not required to assist customers with packages.
