What is a pickup window?

Instead of an exact pickup time, you’ll get a 30-minute pickup window, which may be scheduled up to one hour before or after your requested time. You may also request a trip with an appointment time. When you use a appointment time the reservationists will offer a 30-minute pick up window that will ensure you arrive at your destination on time.
