You may be approved as:
- Unconditional – You can use ACCESS for all trips
- Conditional – You can use ACCESS only under certain conditions
- Temporary – Short-term eligibility (e.g., recovery period)
- Denied- you are able to use VTA accessible bus and light rail.
If denied, you can appeal within 60 days.
