Why didn't I receive my password reset or other Vendor Portal email?

If you tried to reset your VTA.org Vendor Portal password and didn't see the email in your inbox within a minute or two, it may have been caught in your spam filter. Due to the increasing importance of cybersecurity, some systems view emails like these as risky.

  1. Check your spam or junk folder for an email from no-reply@vta.org
  2. If you don’t see it there, ask your IT email administrator to whitelist no-reply@vta.org and *@vta.org
