ATU Part C, Section 4.1 Tool Allowance Allows up to $500 tool reimbursement, per year. All tools to be inventoried and reimbursement processed with receipt.

VTA Part A, Section 11.5 Vacation Pay Employees will receive differential while on vacation. No advanced paychecks will be approved or processed.
ATU Part A, Section 15.3 Vision Care Plan Allows employees to receive a set of frames every year, in lieu of every 2 years.
ATU Part A, Section 15.8 Benefits for Union Office Staff VTA will pay benefits for 2 office employees.
ATU Part A, Section 21.18 Benefits for Union Officials VTA will pay benefits for 3 union officials.
ATU Part B, Section 6 Infraction of Rest Period Operator will not perform work with less than 10 hour rest period.
VTA Part B, Section 16.1-.2 System/Division Sign-ups Allows VTA to line up system changes with system changes that BART makes. 
ATU Part B, Section 17.15 Dispatcher Shift Differential Provides Dispatchers with a percentage differential, in lieu of a dollar differential for swing and evening shifts.
