Underground utilities need to be relocated so that they are not in conflict with the future construction of the Eastridge to BART Regional Connector Project.

MCI/Verizon's contractor, Solcom, will be relocating underground cables on the southeast side of Capitol Expressway, between Tully and Quimby Roads.

- Intermittent, temporary lane and or shoulder closures and detours
- Intermittent, temporary sidewalk closures and detours - Flaggers will assist pedestrians through the sidewalk area crews are working.
- Temporary driveway impacts (Near In & Out Burger)
- Noise from heavy construction equipment
- Noise from heavy construction equipment used for jackhammer, concrete, and pavement removal
- Noise from construction vehicles driving forward and in reverse with back up alarms beeping
