East and Westbound Tully Road (between Quimby Road/Eastridge Loop and Capitol Expressway) will be closed with detours in place.
Traveling Westbound on Tully Road: Turn left onto Capitol Expressway SB, turn right onto Quimby Road, turn left onto Tully Road
Traveling Eastbound on Tully Road: Turn right onto Quimby Road, turn left onto NB Capitol Expressway, turn right onto Tully Road.
**Access to Eastridge Mall via Eastridge loop is available; through traffic is advised to use Quimby Road detour.
Adjacent community members may hear noise, including banging/hammering, items dropping, and back-up alarms. Residents may also see light needed to make the construction site visible.
