Northbound Capitol Ave. (between Capitol Expressway and Wilbur Ave.) will be closed with detours in place.
Why
Crews will be installing falsework to the superstructure over the intersection, connecting the main bridge and ramp (abutment).

Adjacent community members may hear construction noises, including voices, hammering,
items dropping, and back-up alarms. Residents may also see lights, necessary to illuminate the worksite.
