Excavation activities of the dirt lot are taking longer than what was initially anticipated. This post extends the original notice that was provided in January 2022.
Additionally, part of the final project requires the removal of trees, which the developer will mitigate by replacing as per the EIR. Trees in the dirt lot area will be removed earlier than anticipated to clear the area for the excavation that continues.
